Marr Law Firm is a high-volume, fast-paced real estate law firm dedicated to providing exceptional closing services to our clients.  Our team prides itself on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent client communication from contract to closing.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Closer to join our team. The Closer will manage files from contract to closing, ensuring all documents and requirements are in place for a smooth and timely closing process.  This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication with clients, agents, lenders, and internal staff.  This is an onsite position at our Buckhead office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contracts and opening files to ensure all necessary documents are received and accurate.
  • Work closely with Pre-Closers to order and track title searches, payoffs, HOA estoppels, and other required items.
  • Communicate professionally with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process using exceptional customer service skills.
  • Maintain closing checklists and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with Pre-Closers resolve any title and/or document issues prior to closing.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, attorneys, and closers to ensure files are complete and compliant.
  • Update case management software and maintain organized electronic files.
Qualifications:
  • Five or more years of experience as a Closeror in a related real estate or title position (required).
  • Knowledge of Georgia real estate laws (or applicable state laws).
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, title commitments, and closing processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service mindset and practices.
  • Proficiency with title and closing software, Microsoft Office Suite, Qualia and document management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Florida real estate law is beneficial.
  • Experience working with high-volume transactions.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
